We were impressed with the work Sir Grout did on our neighbor's entry marble. It sparkled like brand new! So before we listed our present home, we had our own entry and adjacent half bath marble honed, polished and re-grouted as well as extensive work done in our master bath area as well as two additional baths.

Colin and Daniel could not have been more pleasant or professional as the returned value to the natural stone work and ceramics of our home. Theirs was not a quick once over, but a meticulous, detailed renovation done by experts. The results were sparkling and we are so pleased. I don't usually spend thousands of dollars on something and feel as happy about it as I do following my experience with this company and team. They did a phenomenal job restoring our high-end primary bathroom and kitchen countertops to a like-new condition. (I really wish I had before and after pictures, but it was a lot of detailed work that they executed flawlessly.) More than that, every single person I dealt with, from the owner of the company to the guys who did the actual work were great people who communicated clearly, showed up on time, paid supreme attention to detail and were a pleasure to have in my home. I really couldn't be any more impressed or satisfied all the way around. I only wish every service provider I deal with were as outstanding as this one is.

I am a highly satisfied customer! We were having quite a bit of trouble with mildew in our shower (on the grout lines). My friend recommended Sir Grout so I had them come out to give me a quote. He explained everything so well and answered all of my questions, cleaned a sample area and demonstrated their special epoxy grout in a couple spots. He provided a quote.

We took some time to think about it and over those weeks, the two spots where he used their special grout stayed completely mildew free! We scheduled them to come out to do the job and I am so happy. It's been three weeks and still no mildew. The technician was pleasant, a hard worker and competent. What used to be a daily annoyance/stress is now a daily happiness because our shower is clean and beautiful.
