Last Wednesday, we had the pleasure of working with Sir Grout, and I cannot say enough good things about their service. Their technician, Joe, arrived right on time to perform a deep restoration clean on our master bedroom walk-in shower before we moved out of our rental home. Although the shower wasn't in bad shape, we wanted to leave it spotless for the homeowners who were moving back in.
From the moment Joe arrived, his professionalism and demeanor stood out. He was punctual, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the process before getting started. He then spent over three and a half hours meticulously cleaning, restoring, and sealing every surface, including grout lines, tiles, and all other areas.
When he finished, we were absolutely stunned. The shower looked brand new, as if it had never been used before. The tiles gleamed, the grout lines were crisp and bright, and the entire space felt fresh and renewed. It was truly remarkable workmanship.
I completely regret not taking before-and-after photos, as we were in the middle of moving out and didn't think to do it. However, honestly, no written review could ever do Joe's work true justice. The transformation was that impressive.
