He volunteered the maintenance requirements and cautions before use without prompting and was clear in his communications and explanations. He also took time to explain what was involved at different stages of the restoration which managed our expectations, gave clarity, and removed uncertainty. Sir grout repaired, cleaned and sealed the grout in my bathroom. The contractor that renovated my bathroom told me that the grout they were using did not require a sealer. Big mistake. Colin came in and before he left the penny and subway tile on the bathroom walls and floor looked better than the first day they were installed. I would highly recommend this company. I wish I had taken a before and after photo as the change is unbelievable.
