The process was one of the easiest I've experienced for doing a home repair. I set up an appointment online, the owner came out to assess our flooring, a quote was sent via email, I accepted it and then the work was scheduled. Really appreciate being able to do all the scheduling digitally. The technician was considerate and did a great job. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Chris at Sir Grout was a huge help to us. We live outside of the normal service area and Chris agreed to send out a technician to look at our problem and see if they could help. The grout on our shower floor (which was less than a year old) had begun to deteriorate and become discolored. Daniel came out and spent the whole day steam cleaning all the old grout and re-grouting and color sealing the entire shower. My shower is beautiful once more, thank you!!
