Chris at Sir Grout was a huge help to us. We live outside of the normal service area and Chris agreed to send out a technician to look at our problem and see if they could help. The grout on our shower floor (which was less than a year old) had begun to deteriorate and become discolored. Daniel came out and spent the whole day steam cleaning all the old grout and re-grouting and color sealing the entire shower. My shower is beautiful once more, thank you!!

Sir Grout cleaned and sealed the grout in 3 bathrooms and my laundry room. I can't say enough good things about the work that was done. Looks like new floors were just installed. I love looking at my new and improved marble tile bathroom floor. The grout is difficult to clean because marble must be treated with care (pH-neutral products). Chris and team cleaned, regrouted and sealed, in one day. It is better than new. I can't stop looking at it. Now to keep it looking that way! I have already recommended Sir Grout to others.

First-class service from the very beginning. Our serviceman, Chris Tisdale, explained every detail of what was to happen. He allowed time for our questions and answered with patience. His skill was extremely detailed from the thorough cleaning of our 23 year old kitchen tile and grout to the restoration of the exact matching color of the original grout. He was punctual and began work, not only covering every surface that he needed to use and even wearing shoe covering when he came in and out. Our tile is 12x12 and had medium grey grout. Over the 23 years of use, the grout slowly turned almost black. My cleaning didn't help, but rather hindered. Sir Grout technicians will teach you the proper way to clean your floor. I am beyond pleased and cannot say enough about Sir Grout, Chris and their professionalism.

Sir Grout did an excellent job cleaning all our bathrooms. They changed the grout color in several to better blend with the tile. They fixed missing grout that had crumbled away in spots and minimized a few tile cracks. They communicated well, showed up as scheduled, on time. I would highly recommend them.
