I can't say enough good things about this service and my experience. My floors look new. They are beautiful! I was shopping to completely replace my floors because they were so gross and impossible to get clean. No amount of mopping and scrubbing helped. I thought the only option was to replace them. I stumbled on this service in my social feed and thank god I did. It saved me literally thousands of dollars and was so much easier than having my old floors ripped and new floors installed. The service tech was super knowledgeable and polite. My house was treated with respect. Ten out of ten stars. Highly recommend and I hope you call them!

Sir Grout repaired the ceramic tile in our master bath and kitchen and did an excellent job. First, they surveyed the areas needing repair and provided a cost of the work and proposed a date of service. They followed up on time and did a thorough and professional job for the cost they had proposed. Both Chris and Collin were courteous and professional. My wife and I highly recommend Sir Grout for anyone needing the repair of ceramic tile.

Chris, the owner of Sir Grout, was able to come out the day I called to give me an estimate. He then was able to work us in the very next week to rehone our marble countertops and to redo the grout of a seam in the marble. He is very knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and a real craftsman. He assessed what was needed and quickly did the work all while protecting my furniture, cabinets, and floor. When he left, everything was clean. I highly recommend Sir Grout for excellent workmanship at a fair price.
