Sir Grout employees Daniel and Kyle arrived for our two-day project of grout cleaning and restoration. They placed drop cloths throughout the house, indicative of the respect and care they showed to us and our home. They then brought in equipment and materials and promptly got to work. Quietly, steadfastly and efficiently they worked over two days to restore and renew five areas of tile and grout throughout our house. Their attention to repairs and re-caulking was impressive. Whenever they had a question or suggestion, we were on hand to respond. From the beginning to the end, this project has been hugely beneficial to the beauty and value of our house. If and when needed, we will definitely use Sir Grout Nashville again. Chris Tisdale visited our home in December 2019 to provide a free estimate. Then COVID happened, and we delayed the project. When we renewed it in October 2021, it was just picking up where we left off. Thanks, Chris and Kelly, and Daniel and Kyle, for a pleasant experience and a beautiful job!
If you've never re-grouted a bathroom, I highly recommend doing it. It's like getting a brand new bathroom. Sir Grout really delivered and I highly recommend Joe and the rest of the Grouts.
