We had drywall dust get into our dark grout from our newly renovated bathroom. We had another company come out to clean it and that didn't work... Sir Grout came out and did a really great job renewing our grout back to the darker color. So glad we didn't have to carve the grout out and redo it risking damage to the tile. Sir Grout was very thorough and even came back to do a few touch-ups to make sure all the drywall dust was gone. Very pleased and will use them again.

I am VERY pleased with the service! And the agent Josh Stephens was very polite and very professional and did an excellent job. He cleaned and repaired my kitchen and bathroom tile floors and took painstakingly effort to do this on the tight time schedule I had. He was also very prompt and on time!

We had slate floors (entryway & kitchen) that needed extensive refurbishing since there were many coats of urethane that needed to be stripped down to the original stone. Chris quoted us a price and we proceeded with the work. After much hard and time-consuming work by Josh, the tech, the slate floors turned out just great. Without all the urethane hiding the natural beauty of the stone, it's like we have new floors. We're happy that we went ahead with the project. We'd certainly recommend Sir Grout for any stonework needs. We also had our granite countertops cleaned and sealed.

I had my office mexican tile floor cleaned last week by Sir Grout. It was not only dirty but had a lot of rubber stuck on the tile from a carpet pad which disintegrated. They came and started the job in the morning, and the guy who was doing the work felt sick. Chris himself came out and completed the job. Floor looks amazing. Like new. Highly recommend the guys who did the work, and the end product.

A very good experience all around! Chris came out and had very good insights into issues with water damage due to initial install of glass on shower and tub. Very pleased with the outcome. Also - marble counters were etched with vinegar - cleaned and polished beautifully.
