Sir Grout was fantastic throughout our process. It was not that our grout and shower were particularly bad, but we were having to clean it often due to a blockage that was causing pooled water underneath the grout.
Chris (owner) came in, diagnosed the issue immediately, and recommended a great long-term solution that other grout folks did not consider. Michael came in and worked diligently to get the work done on time, and they came back later to touch up the color at their suggestion.
I strongly recommend using Sir Grout Nashville for any issues related to your grout. My only criticism is that we refer to them as Sir Groutsalot, which feels like a better name than just Sir Grout, but you can't have everything.

I damaged my marble shower by using an acidic cleaner. It etched and stained the tile. Needless to say, it made me sick. I called a tile company to see if it could be repaired. The company stated they could only tear it out and redo it. They also checked with another company to see if they could repair it by sanding, but it was a no-go.
I was devastated. The cost would have been very expensive. Soon after, I received a "Home Concepts" magazine in the mail. I saw Sir Grout's advertisement and gave them a call. At that point, I had nothing to lose. It was the best call I ever made! My damaged shower is now beautiful again!!!
