Did I really mark 5 Stars? You betcha! My wife and I had a pleasant retail experience with Sir Grout! Such experiences are rare. First the owner Chris came to my home and did not do a textbook sales job on us. He was an educator. We're talking tile & grout. Little did I know the precautions one should take with tile & grout and the extent it can be restored. I always used some toxic cleaner, a shrub brush on the tile. I have also gone to the hardware store for tubes of silicon caulk that never matched and would just get moldy.
I received a quote from Chris and didn't really know if the quote was high or low. But I believed what Chris was telling me and I realized proper restoration requires many steps. Next is the arrival of our technician Joe. Equally pleasant and shared tile & grout hints and insights. He worked so hard and was very diligent in his efforts. We now have tile and grout restoration and I had no idea it would look as well as it does. The tile is cleaned, the grouting is repaired, sealed and in the color I selected. As if 5-stars wasn't enough I gave Joe the knowledgeable technician a nice tip for his workmanship and pleasant disposition. If you have sad looking tile & grout you should give them a call. We are very pleased with our results.
