Josh did a great job cleaning and sealing the countertops and the main shower in our home. He was prompt and courteous for both the estimate and job appointments. We highly recommend his work.
We had our stone paver patio restored by Sir Grout Nashville. The patio was built in 2020 as a quarantine project and the original builder did not use the proper sealer causing the sealer to fail only 15 months after installation. It was cracking, discoloring, and grout was coming loose everywhere. We got four estimates, with Sir Grout being the only one that guaranteed to restore it to its original condition.
The other three offered to pressure wash and seal it and made no efforts to address the underlying problem, just to try and re-coat it. Josh was very professional, told us exactly what to expect (was a 4-day project), and was very responsive to questions including about chemicals that would be used and our concerns with landscaping, and explained why it needed more than just another coat of sealer. He showed up when he said he would, stayed in touch throughout the entire project, and did a stellar job. The patio is beautiful! BTW, the other estimates were less expensive, but you get what you pay for with Sir Grout and they were about restoring rather than re-covering. We would recommend them to anyone needing quality work!
