1 year after a complete home renovation our master bathroom grout looked old and dirty. We used marble tiles and a light colored grout. The transformation after Chris treated the grout lines is unbelievable, I swear it looks better than when it was first installed. I do not think I have ever been more satisfied with a sub contractor. From the estimate visit through the completion of work my experience with Chris and Sir Grout was excellent. Chris was professional and courteous, and explained all the options in detail, and I had a quote before he left. My house was new construction, meaning large expenses such as refrigerator, washer/dryer, blinds, etc, so I had to try and manage all my spend. Chris reworked the quote for me twice over the span of a few days by adjusting the different sealant options until we got to a number that fit within my budget. When Chris and his technician arrived, they put down drop cloths to protect the wood floor, and were clean and tidy. They did a thorough job on the application, explained things as they went along, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. You can tell this is Chris's profession, and he is at the top of it. I highly recommend Chris and Sir Grout.

We used Chris to clean and repair grout in our bathroom on the floors and in the showers, in our slate entryway, and in our kitchen. He did a spectacular job! He was communicative, delivered what was promised and on time, was neat and organized, and most importantly, is extremely knowledgeable about his craft. We have had many companies, as I'm sure most homeowners have, who we've hired to fix, repair, maintain, build, etc. in our home. Chris and Ben knocked it out of the park! The work they did was beautiful! If you get more than one quote like we did, you may find that his work is priced slightly above other companies. For a reason!! DON'T think you're getting more for less with someone else by compromising. We plan to have him back to complete a couple more jobs and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing grout work. We had some cracked grout repaired in the shower. They matched the grout color, and then cleaned and sealed the entire tiled shower. It is beautiful. They left me a special cleaning product with instructions on how to use it.

Purchased a home in Nashville area with a large master bathroom with beautiful stone work that needed a refresh. Sir Grout worked their magic on the marble floor, counters and shower stonework. When Sir Grout finished the stonework was fully restored and looking great! Reliable and excellent work.
