My wife and I were very happy with the entire process. Chris was great in the explanation of the product and work that would be performed. We had two bathrooms color sealed and the kitchen was color sealed and microguarded. The end result was better than expected. They work was completed in the time frame, Chris had estimated and the look is like a new installation. We wouldn't hesitate to use Sir Grout again!

The installer showed up on time and we are beyond excited about the transformation of our white grout from the brown (from the dirt) from construction back to the color white it was supposed to be was amazing. Highly recommend!

Did I really mark 5 Stars? You betcha! My wife and I had a pleasant retail experience with Sir Grout! Such experiences are rare. First the owner Chris came to my home and did not do a textbook sales job on us. He was an educator. We're talking tile & grout. Little did I know the precautions one should take with tile & grout and the extent it can be restored. I always used some toxic cleaner, a shrub brush on the tile. I have also gone to the hardware store for tubes of silicon caulk that never matched and would just get moldy.

I received a quote from Chris and didn't really know if the quote was high or low. But I believed what Chris was telling me and I realized proper restoration requires many steps. Next is the arrival of our technician Joe. Equally pleasant and shared tile & grout hints and insights. He worked so hard and was very diligent in his efforts. We now have tile and grout restoration and I had no idea it would look as well as it does. The tile is cleaned, the grouting is repaired, sealed and in the color I selected. As if 5-stars wasn't enough I gave Joe the knowledgeable technician a nice tip for his workmanship and pleasant disposition. If you have sad looking tile & grout you should give them a call. We are very pleased with our results.
