Sir Grout cleaned and sealed the grout in 3 bathrooms and my laundry room. I can't say enough good things about the work that was done. Looks like new floors were just installed. I love looking at my new and improved marble tile bathroom floor. The grout is difficult to clean because marble must be treated with care (pH-neutral products). Chris and team cleaned, regrouted and sealed, in one day. It is better than new. I can't stop looking at it. Now to keep it looking that way! I have already recommended Sir Grout to others.
First-class service from the very beginning. Our serviceman, Chris Tisdale, explained every detail of what was to happen. He allowed time for our questions and answered with patience. His skill was extremely detailed from the thorough cleaning of our 23 year old kitchen tile and grout to the restoration of the exact matching color of the original grout. He was punctual and began work, not only covering every surface that he needed to use and even wearing shoe covering when he came in and out. Our tile is 12x12 and had medium grey grout. Over the 23 years of use, the grout slowly turned almost black. My cleaning didn't help, but rather hindered. Sir Grout technicians will teach you the proper way to clean your floor. I am beyond pleased and cannot say enough about Sir Grout, Chris and their professionalism.

Sir Grout did an excellent job cleaning all our bathrooms. They changed the grout color in several to better blend with the tile. They fixed missing grout that had crumbled away in spots and minimized a few tile cracks. They communicated well, showed up as scheduled, on time. I would highly recommend them.
Sir Grout employees Daniel and Kyle arrived for our two-day project of grout cleaning and restoration. They placed drop cloths throughout the house, indicative of the respect and care they showed to us and our home. They then brought in equipment and materials and promptly got to work. Quietly, steadfastly and efficiently they worked over two days to restore and renew five areas of tile and grout throughout our house. Their attention to repairs and re-caulking was impressive. Whenever they had a question or suggestion, we were on hand to respond. From the beginning to the end, this project has been hugely beneficial to the beauty and value of our house. If and when needed, we will definitely use Sir Grout Nashville again. Chris Tisdale visited our home in December 2019 to provide a free estimate. Then COVID happened, and we delayed the project. If you've never re-grouted a bathroom, I highly recommend doing it. It's like getting a brand new bathroom. Sir Grout really delivered and I highly recommend Joe and the rest of the Grouts.
